All English lessons are done while having fun in an active setting. You can learn no contact boxing (boxing training with no fighting), go on bike rides, run, hike, play tennis, and much more while having a chance to practice your English conversation skills.
Everyone is welcome from beginners to advanced speakers, men and women. Your English will be corrected during the fitness lessons and you will receive quizzes and study projects to take home with you to improve the areas you are having the most trouble with. There are both private lessons and group lessons available for all English levels. Go to the programs page for a full list of the programs offered so you can learn English, have fun, and get in shape. For fitness beginners, don't worry about overly intensive courses. Each individual can go at their own pace, including learning English. For advanced fitness students we can increase the intensity with custom tailored programs made just for you.
All lessons are held in Vancouver B.C., Canada at various locations depending on the class.
